“I was hired to deliver a high-quality programme to support ‘Swift & Bold’, a keynote event in the Albert Hall that marked the first five years of The Rifles, honoured the memory of the Riflemen killed in action and promoted the work of Care for Casualties, the Regimental charity dedicated to supporting those Riflemen critically injured in the line of duty. “The guest of honour was HRH Duke of Edinburgh so the tolerance for error was zero. “When Hensal Communications were selected, Murray Sale led the print support role. As the once-simple specifications of the job grew to include features such as embossing and fold-outs, Murray was on hand to steer me through the options available so when it came to the pre-press stage, there were no surprises. His knowledge of the print process contributed directly to an excellent finish and avoided a couple of potential production pitfalls. “In spite of best efforts to ensure that client sign-off was achieved in good time, adjustments to the programme meant that I was asked to make several last minute changes. Murray dealt with these both calmly and efficiently even though the last change was made within 48 hours of the ‘curtain up’. “The finished product was delivered in good time and was universally well-received. I still see copies of the programme in offices around the Regiment six months after the event and should be regarded as a credit to Hensal but especially Murray.”
